WARRANTY
Crystal Blue Water Manufacturer’s Warranty:
All permanently installed Crystal Blue Water units, which includes SP-1, AP-1, AP-2, AP-3, AP-6, AP-8, AP-10 and AP-12 models, all of which are all-purpose stainless steel in-line water structuring units, come with a full 10-year manufacturer’s warranty against factory defects in parts or workmanship. When properly installed following our installation instructions, and cared for as detailed in our Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual, all Crystal Blue Water devices are fully warranted and are subject to replacement by Safe Haven Water Technologies.
If any Crystal Blue Water products are proven, to Safe Haven Water Technologies satisfaction to have been defective at the time of sale, Safe Haven Water Technologies will replace the defective product at no expense to the customer. Any product that has been damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned to the manufacturer; therefore, it shall be the customer’s sole responsibility to cover replacement costs.

All returns are subject to warranty approval once the manufacturer has had a chance to review and analyze the returned product. The manufacturer has final say in approving all returns. Pre-authorization for returns must be approved by Safe Haven Water Technologies prior to shipping. Shipping is at the expense of the customer unless agreed to otherwise.

GUARANTEE
Safe Haven Guarantee:
All permanently installed Crystal Blue Water units, which includes SP-1, AP-1, AP-2, AP-3, AP-6, AP-8, AP-10 and AP-12 models, all of which are all-purpose stainless steel in-line water structuring units, come with a full two year agricultural guarantee of a minimum of 10% increase in yield per season or your money back. A full one year guarantee for all other usages, including but not limited to livestock, industrial, or commercial facilities.
If a customer has determined that the product has not delivered the expected results, they may return the undamaged unit to Safe Haven Water Technologies for a refund. Safe Haven Water Technologies reserves the right to review grain elevator and processor scale receipts, productivity reports, operational methods and field moisture content records. These records shall include the season prior to the product installation and the growing seasons in question with respect to the claim. For all claims, a site inspection by our agent, and subsequent written report must be filed with Safe Haven Water Technologies.

Payments Deposits are to be made by postdated cheque. All other payments can be made in this manner or via Interac E Mail transfer. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
Cancellation Policy Minimum 2 weeks’ notice of cancellation is required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. Cancellation may result in the deposit not being returned.
Availability The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service, you thereby indemnify this Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.

Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
